The support panel windows console cannot communicate with the LiveHelp Server

After the agents configuration you can't login in the Support Panel Cosole, error message "Login or account incorrect".

This solution works for the LiveHelp Server version 2.0 to 2.5

This problem happens in the most cases because you forget to associate the agent to the available domains.

Enter in the Manage agents option. Select a agent and click in "Edit domains" button

Finally you need to enable the agent to the domain, click in action "enable".
