How to use a custom offline form

In the new LiveHelp Server 2.3 you can use your own offline form to record all the information that you need from your visitors.

To enable the custom offline form you need to follow the next steps:

1. Enter to manage domains.

2. Select the domain and click in the top button “edit Settings”.

3. Locate the tab email.


4. Set the Link to your custom offline form in the field “Custom offline form”.
