In the new LiveHelp Server 2.3 you can have record of the all offline messages that you visitors leave if your LiveHelp Chat offline window.
To enable the offline message log you need to follow the next steps:
1. Enter to manage domains.
2. Select the domain and click in the top button “edit Settings”.
3. Locate the tab email.
4. Set Enable in the option “Log offline message”.
Also we add a new option to read all the offline messages in the Main menu Offline Messages button.
