The Support Panel lost the connection many times

The stability of the connection depends of few aspects like, network stability, hosting resources and firewall and other filters.

Some hosting has an active process restriction and if you exceed this they stop some process, example hostgator have a process limited in 20.

If you have activated the tracking all the time and search many times the visitor information this increase the network traffic and the hosting process raise too.

We suggest some tips to improve the support Panel stability.

* Increase the support Panel refresh values.

Enter to the menu tools --> Configuration and locate the tab refresh.

Increase the values to:

Tracking : 12

Chat : 8

Connection Manager : 8

Agents and Visitors : 12

Number tries before disconnect : 12

* In the connection window enable the three check options.

* When you lost the connection the Support Panel try to restore the session, you need to wait for 10 to 15 seconds. You not need to change the status in the support Panel to reconnect.

* Enable the tracking only when you need, try not to use all the time.
