In the new Support Panel Console version 2.5 you can load the chat transcriptions and read with a couple click.
The Support Panel have three options to load a transcription:
1. Load a transcription by ID.
2. Load a transcription by email.
3. Load a transcription by date range.
The process to get the transcription is very simple, you only need to choose one search option and next you only need to click in the transcription grid to load the full chat.
The Agent configuration have a new setting that prevent that a agent can load all the chats, if the agent have the parameter Global Privileges disable they only can see your own chats.
